4 Reasons Not To Buy TVS Apache 200

The TVS Apache 200 is a fantastic motorcycle. It’s practical, it’s loaded with a lots of features and when we compared it with its rivals, the Pulsar AS 200 and the Pulsar RS 200, it gots a thumbs up from us. But there are certain things not to like about this motorcycle.

Well, here are 4 reasons:

  1. ABS Variants not on sale yet
The Apache 200 might have dual channel ABS but even after one year of lunch, the ABS variants aren’t on sale. Moreover, the regular variants with the matte colour scheme, have a long waiting period.
  1. Not suited to Tall Riders
A big issue with the Apache 160 and also Apache 180 was the low seat height. With the Apache 200, tall riders aren’t still comfortable because of the low seat height and cramped riding position.
  1. The Pulsar 200s are faster
The Pulsar 200 NS, Pulsar AS 200 and Pulsar RS 200 were all lunched before the Apache. But still, TVS’s latest flagship bike can’t beat any of these Pulsars in outright acceleration, in-gear acceleration or even top speed.
  1. Missing Hardware
The Apache 200 might be the latest bike in it’s segment but still lacks a sixth gear, liquid cooling and projector headlights which its main revals offer at the same price point.
