Boudhanath stupa after recontruction opened by PM Puspa Kamal Dahal

Boudhanath stupa is a stupa for buddhist. It is known in different word, khasti in Nepal Bhasa, Jyarung Khashor in Tibetan language or as Bouddha by speakers of Nepal. This stupa was established after the death of Gautam Buddha.

Boudhnath stupa is another largest single chhorten stupa in the world which is listed in world heritage sites. Boudhnath is mainly for buddhist people. Different puja, festival ceremony are organizes by the lama.

After the earthquake boudhnath stupa has get destroyed and reconstruction work was started. After investing 23 crore in the recnstruction of Boudhanath, Prime minister Puspa kamal dahal has open the first ceremony after reconstruction. here are some pictures of boudhnath after reconstruction.
