Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSLBSL) invited from interested and qualified Nepali nationals to fulfill the below mentioned positions. The position directly reports the Board of Directors on the organization’s programs and administrative functions.

Purpose of the position:	To implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization; give direction and leadership for the achievement of the organization’s vision, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives; represent the organization and strive to build a strong relationship with all the relevant stakeholders especially the target clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:	The CEO will be overall responsible for the operation, growth, and development of the organization with the following key job responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:	Give executive leadership for the achievement of its vision, mission & strategy. Program/planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. Develop proposals, business plans, strategic documents, products & policies. Administrative management for growth and development of bank. Perform any other duties as directed by BOD.
Requirements:	This position requires a person of exceptional caliber. Selection will be based on a robust set of competencies demonstrating experiences and achievements as areas below:
Requirements:	Bachelors Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Statistics from reputed University. At least 5 years of working experience at top management level/senior leadership in banking financial institutions, determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team. Strong commitment to the mission and core values of micro-finance. Knowledge on micro-finance sector, rural economy and banking system of the country. Result-oriented and willingness to travel extensively in the remote area. Proficiency in Nepali and English; must possess communication and computer skills. Minimum age: 35, on the date of the announcement.
