Yamaha R15 v3.0 launched in Nepal | Full Specifications and Price in Nepal

Yamaha R15 is the first motorcycle in Nepal to get the racing bike looks and Yamaha is the first brand to introduce such racing and sporty looking bike in Nepal on 2008. R15 riders not only get attracted by it looks but also the performance. Because of successfully market from Yamaha R15 v2, Yamaha finally backs with all new Yamaha R15 v3 in Nepal. Yamaha R15 v3 in 2018 comes with updated and improved version from Yamaha R15 v2. On 2018 NADA Auto Show, Morang Auto Works, the authorized distributor of Yamaha Bikes in Nepal, launched and shows off it first look.

Yamaha R15 has got the Sharper Aggressive eyes, Aerodynamic front, Muscular and Edgy tail. The 2018, Yamaha R15 v3 has the siblings looks from R1. The All-New Yamaha R15 is a “Next-Generation 155cc Supersport Inheriting R-DNA”. In order to maintain good rigidity balance, Yamaha R15 V3 adopts Deltabox Frame, that forms the triangle between the the top and bottom of the head pipe and the pivot points.

Yamaha R15 v3 comes with 155.1cc of fuel-injected liquid-cooled SOHC 4-valve engine that chunks out the maximum power of 19.04 Bhp@10000rpm and maximum torque of 14.7Nm@8500rpm. In compare to R15 v2, V3 has more power engine and achieve the high top speed. Yamaha R15 V3 has introduced the new Technology so called “Variable Valves Actuation (VVA)”. This technology makes the torque for ease of use, as because now there will be two valve for delivering the torque one for low-to mid-range rpm and another for high-rpm. Whenever your bike hits 7400rpm of torque, these two valve switches because of which you will experience the good power from the bike.

Yamaha R15 v3 has Slipper clutch that reduces the weight clutch pull. Yamaha Digitize cluster now includes the Gear-shift Timing light, which will notifies rider when to shift the gear and also has a charging port for USB charging.

In compare to 150cc of motorcycle, Yamaha R15 v3 is too expensive in Nepal. In Nepal Yamaha V3 has the starting price of Rs.4,17,900. But, In compare to other same CC of bikes, Yamaha R15 v3 gives you more power and suitable for both in highway / street or in mid- offroad.
