In a launch event at Hyatt Hotel, Kathmandu On August 29, 2018 Oppo Finally launched the Oppo F9 in Nepal. Oppo F9 is new mid-range category smartphone, that is finally available to purchase. Oppo F9 in Nepal comes in two different memory variant 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 64GB, So the price of Oppo F9 varied the memory variant with 4GB of RAM in Nepal available at Rs. 41,590 and the memory variant with 6GB of RAM in Nepal available at Rs. 45,590. Oppo brought the Oppo F9 that features the dual rear camera and supports VOOC for fast charging.

Oppo is a giant Chinese Tech company. The smartphones from Oppo in Nepal is somehow performing the best market value. The most sold Oppo Phone now in Nepal is Oppo F7. With this success of F series Oppo launched the new F series line up Oppo F9 in Nepal. But Oppo F9 cost Rs.10,000 more in starting price than that of Oppo F7, which cost 31,590 as the starting price. With the price difference, we can also differentiate the specifications of these two models.
Oppo F9 comes with 6.3-inch of Full HD+ display measuring the screen resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. The display of Oppo F9 is 0.3″ larger than the Oppo F7. At the rear face of Oppo F9 we notice the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, which is lack in Oppo F7. Oppo F9 also introduces the small notch at the Top, that only fills up the single front facing camera of the phone.
Oppo F9 is powered by Octa-core MediaTek Helio P60 processor and supported the graphics function with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU Processor. The processor of the phone is coupled with either 4GB of RAM or 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory. The internal memory is expandable upto 256GB. Oppo F9 got the same Helio P60 Chipset as in Oppo F7. The phone runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) along with ColorOS 5.2.
Another aspect that is upgraded in Oppo F9 is its camera, Oppo F9 now has the Dual rear camera setup of 16MP and 2MP each, the each camera is coupled with f/1.8 and f/2.4 aperture of lens. The rear camera features PDAF and also has LED flash. Similarly the front facing camera is setup with 8MP and coupled with f/2.0 aperture of lens. Oppo F7 has Single rear camera setup of 13MP. Oppo brand is also known by Selfie Expert company in Nepal.
Oppo F9 houses the 3500 mAh of battery power and features the rear mounted fingerprint sensor and now supports VOOC for fast charging.
