Many peoples are getting confused regarding the expire date of the ADSL they uses in the home and office connection. So, here we will provide you information how to know the expire date of NTC ADSL via SMS and Online.

1. SMS Method

You can get the information about NTC ADSL exire date via a sms from your mobile phone.

To get the expire date information of your NTC ADSL package.

type “ADSL” then space and your phone number including area code including “0”

and send it to 1400

Example: ADSL 014422557 to 1400

NTC automated system will send you the expire date via SMS.

2. Online Method

To get the expire date of NTC ADSL online, first you have to get the WSC ID. Your WSC ID is your username as well as password while logging in to the NTC Billing and Customer Service site to check your ADSL status. This ID is in the form wsc_10xxxxxx. You can find it around the top of the receipt that you get when you pay your bill at an NTC office. If, instead, you pay your bill from your phone by dialing 1413, you can find out your WSC ID by calling the NTC office.

a. Go to http://192.168.117.7:8080/ISCare/NewAge/H_home.jsp
b. Enter your WSC ID in both the User ID and Password.
c. Click the “Go To” button. (I have no idea why it’s called Go To instead of Log In or Sign In.)
d. You’ll see your ADSL details with Start Date, Expiry Date and Status.
