NTC VoLTE is now availabe on iPhones
Nepal Telecom’s VoLTE service has started running on iPhone from Tuesday. For the first time in Nepal, the VoLTE service launched by Nepal Telecom was only running on some models of Android.
According to the company, most of the iPhone models above iPhone 6 can use Telecom’s VoLTE service. But if the iPhone you are using is set only for China, Japan or the US, this service will not work.
Similarly, Telecom’s VoLTE service does not support iPhones that are running jailbreak. According to the company, this service can be easily used on the sets of the global version of the iPhone.
China Only Japan Only USA Only. Global. May not be in country specific model. They are brought by those who go to Japan. Some sets may have been run by jailbreakers. Some sets may not have been sent by Apple.
For now, only iPhones models with 1800 MHz band has come into operation for VoLTE on iPhone. The 800-band MHz VoLTE is expected in the next update.

How to activate VoLTE on iPhones
To enable VoLTE on your iPhone update your phone’s software to latest one, go to Settings ->Cellular ->Cellular Data Option->Voice & Data ->select LTE and enable VoLTE switch Further,You can get 100 minute FREE VoLTE calls within NT by dialing 1444 and following the instruction.
