Implementing E-ticket system in Sajha Bus

Sajha Yatayat of Kathmandu, Nepal is set to implement a E-ticket system to the passengers. With the co-ordination of Nepal Rastra bank , Sajha Yatayat is going to implement this proposal as soon as possible. Sajha Bus is the government owned public vehicles, which is now available for maximum routes in Kathmandu.

When E-ticketig system is successfully implemented, the money note is replaced by digital card. Passenger just need to swipe their card to pay, transportation fare. This facility is provided in every Sajha bus for every routes in Kathmandu valley and outside the valley.The organization is mainly targeting for students and employees as because there are some conductor in Bus, who is taking a transportation fare unknowingly. To eradicate such corruption, organization is going to implement this project.2 year back, Sajha bus has already have a meeting with Nepal telecom and Nepal bank limited with this project. The project has been implemented in few bus as well.

In Nepal, Sajha Bus is taking 44 different routes inside the Kathmandu Valley and 2 routes outside the Kathmandu Valley.
