Soyuz Rocket launch fails and landed back to Earth in ballistic descent mode

On Thursday October 11, Rocket Soyuz along with a new US-Russian Crew flew up to International Space Station, which in-turns failed to reach the destination and the Crew Capsule landed back to the Earth in the ballistic descent mode, said by NASA Officials.

When NASA officials hear the news of ballistic re-entry of Crew Capsule in earth, the rescue and search team reach to the landed place and luckily all the crew members are safe. Along with the astronaut Nick Hague and Cosmonaut Alexey Ovchinin, Soyuz rocket and its Soyuz MS-10 space capsule was lifted from Baikonur Cosmodrome , Kazakhstan at about 4:47 a.m. EDT (0847 GMT).

NASA has not reveal the cause of failure of rocket lifted, but NASA  tweeted that the main cause of failure of launch of Soyuz rocket is the problem in booster separation.
